She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Evans (Bud) and Alice Irene Bradford Evans (Graham); her brothers, Hoyt and Ricky Evans; and her daughter Rita Kay Avitia.

She is survived by: her children, Peggy Irene Melendez, Patty Miller, Philip Adam Bauer and Geraldo Wilbur Flores; and her sister Marty Bradford.
