He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry E. Neel and Maude Neel (Bassett); his wife Dorothy Ann Sanders; his son Timothy Neel; his grandson Joseph Neel; his siblings, Roy, Art, Delbert, Earl, Carl, Grace, Gene, Dolly, Herb, Katie and Ernie; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Jane Rickert, Grace and Edwin Blankenbeckler.
He is survived by: his children, Debbie Anderson (Carl) of Sterling, Glenn Neel Jr. of Greeley and Cindy Nelson of Greeley; and his brother-in-law Ronald Rickert of Powell, WY. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
