He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Huddleston (Archie) and Henry "Hank" Fritzler (Phyllis); his brothers, William "Bill" Fritzler and Fred Fritzler (Connie); his nieces, Cyndi Giles, Vicki Fritzler and Cammie Cobb; his nephew Rex Cobb; and his sister-in-law Leola Cobb.
He is survived by: his wife LaVeta "Veta" Fritzler; his children, Crystal Lanckriet (Kris) and Rocky Rose; and his brothers, Frank Fritzler (Melinda) and Danny Fritzler. He is also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Jerry Fritzler Memorial Fund care of Tennant Funeral Home, PO Box 1547, Sterling, CO 80751. This fund will later be donated to UCHealth, earmarked for COPD Research.
