He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Turley and Elizabeth Turley (Van De Voorde). He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Michael (Sonya Turley) and Lyle Turley; and his siblings, Gerald (Bunny Turley), Virginia Hatfield, Donna Miller and Pauline Eggers. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
