She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward J. Jones and Elizabeth M. Jones (Fisbeck); her siblings, Jesse Jones, Walter Jones, Elmer Jones, Ida Bushgens and Mable Bushgens; and her nephews, Jim and Bill Winn.
She is survived by: her husband Eugene Wheeler; her daughter Marlene Chavez of Sterling; her granddaughter Kara Chavez of Denver, CO; and her stepgrandchildren, Jeff Chavez of Sterling, Renee Chavez of Fort Collins, CO and Teri Penski of Minneapolis, MN. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, 7 nieces, and 2 nephews.
