With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edna Nickal of Sterling, Colorado, born in Mitchell, Nebraska, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Edna left this world on June 13, 2024 at the age of 99, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl W. Wirth and Catherine Wirth (Letzrich); and her husbands, Wilhelm Schneider (Bill) and Alex Nickal. She is survived by: her stepchildren, Calvin, Carol Nickal, Gary, Sharol Nickal, Terry Nickal, Cathie and Gerald Teauge. She is also survived by numerous step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made in Edna's name to the Peace Lutheran Church or to the VFW Auxiliary 3541 c/o Tennant Funeral Home, PO Box 1547, Sterling, CO 80751.
