He was predeceased by: his parents, Americus Clark and Joann Clark (Franklin). He is survived by: his wife Kashia Turner Folsom; his sons, Adam Folsom and Mathias Koester of Longmont; and his sister Deborah Taylor (Lonnie Mac). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
