With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Swanson of Sterling, Colorado, who passed away on November 8, 2020 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Madison Saddler and Anna Saddler (Jacobs); her former husband Leroy Swanson; her daughter Sandra Herrmann; and her grandchildren, Troy Blood and Sandy Swanson.
She is survived by: her husband Lee Swanson; her children, DeeAnn Blood (Paul) of Greenville, Suzanne Murray (Ben) of Sterling and Lee Swanson Jr. (Sharon) of Sterling; her grandchildren, Brandon Murray (Jennifer) of Yuba City, Jason Murray (Kelsi) of Monument, Katie Campbell (Jordan) of Sterling and Jessica Swanson of Sterling; and her great grandchildren, Madison Blood Corley, Bryan, Levi, Taya Murray, Sampson, Abigail Murray, Paisley and Greyson Campbell. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
