He is survived by: his sister Dana Smith (Douglas Smith); his nephew Christian Smith; his sister Johanna Snyder (Chuck Snyder); his sister-in-law Barbara Crooks; his niece Elizabeth Crooks; his great-niece Kaitlyn; and his nephew Mathew Crooks.
