He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Gene Capps (Gene) and Sondra Lee Chalfant; and his sister Karla McCoy. He is survived by: his sisters, Karen, Brenda, Shara and Anna; his son Andrew Jacob Capps; and his grandchildren, Kylee, Jeagun and Ava.
