She was predeceased by: her husband Stanley L. Hewitt; her sons, Michael Hewitt and Stanley W. Hewitt; her granddaughter Halie Hewitt; and her parents, William and Winnie.
She is survived by: her grandson William Hewitt; her children, Ron Hewitt, Sandy, Del Ballinger, Doug Hewitt and Cindy Hewitt; and her siblings, Deloris McGruder, Joann Fortcamp and Kenny Edwards. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
