With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Danny Andrews (Sterling, Colorado), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 18, 2024 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Rose Andrews; his grandparents, Joe, Mary Andrews, William and Frieda Brinkoff; his father Henry Andrews; his wife Janet Andrews; his mother-in-law Ella Minnerly; his grandsons, Darrien Andrews and Blake Krueger; and his close friends, Ellmer and Eileen Herrick.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Bartsch (Audrey), Sherry Petarde (Mark) and Shawna Andrews; his grandchildren, Maica Gardner (Adam), Misty Arroyo (Anthony), Craig Montoya (Tiffany), Danielle Krueger, Sierra Hilton (Dustin), Heather Petarde, Lauren Montoya, Julianne Petarde, Michelle Dahlinger and Katie Fetzer; his siblings, Sharon Twiss (Lynn) of Wray, Katie Weyerman (Keith) of Idalia, CO and Bill Andrews (Cathy) of Holyoke; his friends, Dennis Jones of Wray and Ron Kessinger of Fort Collins; his close friend Janeil Perry; and also Donna Meyer. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tennant Funeral Home & Crematory (330 S 2nd St, Sterling, CO 80751). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the same location.
