He was predeceased by: his wife Emma D. Maggard; his parents, Ralph and Gertrude; his granddaughter Nikki Fix; and his siblings-in-law, Millie Rose and Roger Maggard.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Fix (Chad) of St. Clairsville, OH, Leon (Christy) of Sterling, Lyle of Sterling, Lee (Shawn) of Sterling and Loel of Brighton; his brother Wayne Rose of Windsor, CO; and his siblings-in-law, Richard Maggard and Judy Uton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
