He is survived by: his wife Helen Souders; his daughter Kendra Walter of Trinidad, CO; his grandchildren, Ashley Frederickson (Doug) of Raton, NM, Kimmi Stinson (Jim) of Fowler, CO, Jacob Walter of Fowler, CO and Robert Walter of Trinidad, CO; his siblings, Dennis Souders (Jean) of Nickerson, KS and Louise Jones of Sterling, CO.; and his cousin Dennis Hielscher. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ United Methodist Church (104 S 4th St, Sterling, CO 80751).
