He was predeceased by: his father Harold R. Lewis; his wife Charlotte Lewis; his mother Esther Christensen (Scott); and his stepfather Dewey Christensen. He is survived by: his children, Paula Hettinger (John), Linda Dillenburg (Rick) and Scott Lewis of Sterling, CO; his brother Richard Lewis (Gloria) of Golden, CO.; and his grandchildren, Kelley Koehler, Kristy Koehler (Keenan Williams) of Burlington, CO, Kyle Dillenburg (Samantha) of Sterling, CO, Jenna Dillenburg of Denver, CO and Jaycie Dillenburg of Lakewood, CO. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
