He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughters, Patsy Hartmann and Amy Wharton; his children-in-law, Paul and PJ; his daughter Sarah Randolph Kearful; his parents, Viola Simonds Kearful and Godfrey Gray Kearful; and his wife Julie Scherb Kearful of Lake Forest. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
