He is survived by: his parents, Lance Stark and Shelly Stark of Oak Creek, CO; his sisters, Rachael (Oak Creek) and Julia of Grand Junction, CO; his grandmother Jenny Martin (AZ); his aunt Burke; his uncle Gail Brewster of Colorado Springs, CO; and his girlfriend Elizabeth McDonald (UT).
