She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Mary Reynolds and Ben Montoya. She is survived by: her grandparents, Robert and Norma Lewis; her parents, Michael Lewis and Catherine Lewis; and her siblings, Tyler, Landon, Whitney and Guerin.
