He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Kelton; his children, Jolie Goddard, Todd Kelton, Jerry Delay, Randy Delay and Gene Delay; and his siblings, Maureen Cole, Dan Yeager and Jalynn Hoffman. He is also survived by one aunt, several cousins, nieces and nephews.
