With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Winter (Steamboat Springs, Colorado), born in Bismarck, North Dakota, who passed away on March 6, 2018 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Jordan Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his daughters, Katherine Ziegler (Tom), Suzy Neumann (Paul) and Kim Pepera (Tim); and his brother Art Winter (Susie). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
His final act of compassion was tissue donation.
