He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Glenn, Geneva Fitzhugh, Fred and Caroline Case; his parents, Franklin P. Case and Donna Fitzhugh-Case-Logan; and his sister Geneva Caroline Case.
He is survived by: his wife Vicky Cundiff; his sons, Franklin Case (Monica) of Moffat County and Wyatt Case (Nicole) of Hayden; his brothers, Dean Case of Craig, Tom Logan (Tammy) and Don Logan (Laurie) of Vinita Ok; and his grandchildren, Glenn JD Case, Skyla Case of Wyatt, JR, Justin, Nicole Case, Cassidy and Austin Moore.
