She was predeceased by: her parents, John Schaffner and Katherine Schaffner; her husband Joe Ownbey; her grandson William Trent Ownbey; and her sister Donna Kester.
She is survived by: her children, Bill Ownbey (Rita), Sherry Jorgensen (Michael), John Ownbey (DeeDee) and Robert Ownbey (Angela); her brother Leroy (LuAnn Schaffner); and her grandchildren, Amber Ingle, Tara Hager, Nancy Bond, Levi Bachman, Aaron Bachman, Kean Ownbey, Brody Ownbey, Demi Magdaleno, Dustin Ownbey and Kyla Vali. She is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
