He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Harmon and Bessie Harmon (Oxenreider); his wife Marjorie Ann Koonce; and his sister Norma Rosengrants. He is survived by: his brother Neil Harmon (Judy); and his children, David Harmon (Eileen), Carl Harmon and Lori Jackson (Bob). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
