She was predeceased by: her parents, William John Magee and Mary Ann Magee. She is survived by: her daughters, Chelsea Jenkins (Todd), Sara Sauer (Austin) and Krista Dawkins (Ty); her siblings, Richard Darcy Magee and Cynthia Marie Magee; her niece Rebecca Lynn Lanning; her nephew Tyler Austin Lane; her husband Kelley Lynn Eskew; her children, Samantha Downing (Tyler) and Cole Eskew (Sara); and her siblings, Susan Magee Lane (Gaelen) and Gregory William Magee (Heather). She is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family has opened the Patti Eskew Memorial Fund at Community State Bank to be disbursed to her favorite charities/organization.
