He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence D. McCuistion and Rosalie McCuistion (Nutting); and his brother Lloyd McCuistion. He is survived by: his son Dean McCuistion (Yuka); his grandchildren, Kai and May of Peoria, Illinois; his daughter Emily McCuistion of St. Louis, Missouri.; and his siblings, Floyd McCuistion (Carla) of Guthrie, Oklahoma, Diana Martinez (Mike) of Bloomfield, Morris McCuistion (Regina) of Bartlett, Tennessee, Sharon Clark (Robert), Wade McCuistion and Gina Yoder (James) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
