It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Day of Springfield, Colorado, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Kenneth Day to pay them a last tribute.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Georgia Yeager and Bill Day; his spouse Lyla Woodhouse; his children, Darla Strickland (David) of Amarillo, TX, Melissa Noe and Kenney Day (Joan) of Springfield, CO; and his half-siblings, Joan Mertz of Amarillo, TX, Joy Freeman (Frank Kaemingk) of Denver, CO, Jane Trainor of Canon City, CO, Berniece Rutherford of Penrose, CO, Mike Day and Jim Day of La Junta, CO. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren, one step grandchild, seven great grandchildren and 3 step great grandchildren.

He died January 12, 2021 in Southeast Colorado Hospital of COVID-19.
