She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Bothwell and Faye Bothwell; her husbands, James Ackles and Ted Mullins Jr; her friend Bill Cheek; her sons, Ricky Lee Ackles and Johnny Ward Ackles; her brother James Bothwell; her daughter-in-law Carla Cheek; and her granddaughter Jill Cheek.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Blundell (Rex) of Springfield, Ted Mullins of Springfield, Terry Mullins (Natalie) of Springfield and Mike Cheek; her friend Amber Smith of Springfield; her son Eddie Cheek of Pritchett; and also Vickie Estep of Springfield.
