He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis A. Baxter and Imogene Baxter (Short); his brothers, Richard and Tommy; his son Preston Neal; and his niece Marla Baxter.
He is survived by: his brother Farms; his wife Diana Grahn; his children, Kim Babcock (Mike) of San Jose, CA, Cindy Jones (Gary) of Pueblo West, CO, Leslie Krinard of Springfield, CO, Justin Neal (Rhonda) of Springfield and Kurt Baxter (Jenetta) of Dumas, TX; his brothers, Lynn Baxter (Darlene) of Fort Collins, CO and Steve Baxter (Marilyn) of Eads, CO; his grandchildren, Chris Cox (Katie), Miles Babcock (Camryn), Spencer Louis Babcock, Cinda Bryan (Phil), Brenda Jones (Holly), Jinda Romero (Torri), Vance Jones (Mary), Caprice Baker (Tyler), Chase Krinard, Krystal Neal, Preston Neal, Kenlie Baxter and Bronson Baxter; his sister-in-law Dona Baxter; his great grandchildren, Morgan (Stefann), Cierra, Nevaeh, Erin, Alexis, Tyler, Kage, Louellen Imogene, Blair of Hyrizen, JJ and Kaia; and his great great grandchild Hannah Rose.
