He is survived by: his mother Frances Packard (Hiner); his cousin Paul Lowe; his son David Jr.; his wife Adah; his sons, Phillip (Brandy) of Dave, JR and Terrance (Megan); his siblings, Marvin (Linda), Oran, Keith (Kristen) and Bonna (Curtis); and his sister-in-law Jackie. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
