He is survived by: his mother Frances Pearl Prewitt Shivers of Cleveland, MS; his friends, Mike Templeton, Rodney and Debbie; his children, Dawn Alayne Shivers (Tom) of Cheyenne Wells, CO and Jerrad Grant Shivers (Brianne) of Franklin, TN; his brother Blaine; his children-in-law, Brianne (Jerrad), Heather (Blaine) and Tom (Dawn); his grandchildren, Addison, Zoey, Lacey, Mikaela, Brooklyn, Evelyn, Samantha and Jaxson; his wife Debbie Shivers of Sheridan Lake, CO; his child Blaine Shivers (Heather) of Tribune, KS; and his siblings, Jeffery Shivers (Cathy) of Cleveland, MS and Stacey Shivers of Horn Lake, MS. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and many friends.
