He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Winter and Helen Winter (Green); and his sister Norma Jean. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Deborah Martin (Kevin) of Mitchell, NE, Robert Winter (Becky) of Windsor and Julie Rothe (Jason) of Greeley; his grandchildren, Krystle Schaneman (Clark), Warren Martin (Kirsten), Rachel Wilson (Cameron), Lori Winter (Chris Mylar), Jenna and Jay Rothe; his great grandchildren, Mark, Natalie Schaneman and Matthew Martin; and his brothers, Dick Winter (Linda) and Jerry Winter (Jane).
