She was predeceased by: her parents, William Henry Pelser and Vera Viola Clark; her husband Benny Noel, Sr.; and her son Benny, Jr.. She is survived by: her son JerryLee Noel of Seibert; her grandchildren, Datan Harris of Arkon and Taylor Monks of Hugo; her siblings, Vernon Pelser of Seibert, Charles Pelser of Seibert, Florence McGriff of Seibert and Donna Rodriquez of Flagler, Colorado.; and also JerryLee. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
