He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Sandquist and Iva Sandquist (Peterson); his wife Thelma Appelhans; and his siblings, Allen, Dwayne, Gary and Lois.
He is survived by: his daughters, Chris Sandquist-Wolfe (Scott) of Brighton, CO and Debby Sandquist-Perlinger (Mark) of Paxton, NE; his grandchildren, Brayden Wolfe (Caitlin), Brodie Wolfe, Collin Perlinger (Amber), Carrick, Aidon and Bennett Perlinger; his great grandchild Ryker Perlinger; and his siblings, Jay Sanquist (Cathy) of Cochrane, Alberta, Doris Jecminek of Aurora, CO and Edythe Kain of Mountain Home, ID. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
