He is survived by: his wife Joan Woodhams of Sedgwick; his children, Gary Powell (Annamarie) of Streamwood, IL and Janalee Paiz (David) of Austin, TX; his grandchildren, Mikeal Powell (Sheila), Christina Green (Anthony), David Paiz, Jr. (Kelsie), Miranda Powell (Bernard), Heather Heintz (Cody), Leticia Paiz and Darek Paiz; and his great grandchildren, Gabrielle Powell, Ava Paiz, Peyton Heintz, Layne and Katlyn Green. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
Memorials are suggested to the Ovid Community Methodist Church, Hospice of the Plains, or American Heart Association in Chuck's memory.
