She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth Lepp Jr. Sue; and her parents, Chau Minh Pham and Meo Thi Nguyen. She is survived by: her close friend Robert Petzler; her sister Que Thi Buchanan; her children, Thuy (Guy Harris), Duc (Mona Lepp), Ann Lepp (Reacy Packnett), Kenneth Lepp II and Brenda Lepp; her grandchildren, Joshua (Jacqueline Williams), Antonnio Bower, Analicia (Diego Gonzalez), Christian Harris, Alexandra Harris, Deltuan Packnett and Aayla Lepp; and her great grandchildren, Aniyah Williams, Amilyana Gonzalez, Auvrianna Bower and Giovanny Gonzalez.
