She was predeceased by: her parents, O. F. Helton and Ivy Helton (Fox); her husband Kenneth Harold Gestes; her siblings, Billy Ray, J. W. Helton, Elizabeth Bishop, Ellen Lovella Horton and Margie Marks; her son Jeremy Michael Gestes; and her granddaughter Kristen Fay Fraser.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Terrell (Bill), Elizabeth "Annie" Fraser (Scott) and Kenny Gestes (Jeanette); her sister Barbara Lynn Cotton (Herb) of Como; her grandchildren, Thomas Pons, Nykol Terrell, Jamie Caponong (John), Muranda Ellsworth (Jason), Michael Fraser (Lauren), Michelle Fraser (Luis Franco) and Kenny Gestes (Deanne); and her great grandchildren, Angel Terry-Pons, Cynthia Fraser, Khloe Ellsworth, Ava Gestes, Tony Fraser, Olivia Gestes, Kolton Ellsworth, Leilani Caponong and Daxton Fraser. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
