She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence E. Follett and Katie Follett (Harp); her son Rick Stevens; her former husband Willard Stevens; and her husband Ben Humphreys.
She is survived by: her stepmother Lucille; her son Fred Stevens (Elizabeth); her granddaughter Mary E. Calvert (Scott); her stepgrandsons, James Kennedy (Rochelle), Russell and Richard Pulling; and also, Andrew Pulling, Charlotte Maxey, Judith Grace and Carol E. Garner. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
