He was predeceased by: his parents, E. S. Lam and Maudie Lam; his wife Geraldine; and his siblings, Albert, Billy Gene, Frances, Jewel and Corabell.

He is survived by: his children, Johnnie Bradford of Midland, Texas, Ellen Bradford of Obrien, Texas, Carolyn Barnes of Salida, Colorado and Julie Elliot of Red River. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a favorite charity in Johnnie's memory.
