He is survived by: his children, Diana M. Johnson and Patrick Boone; his grandchildren, Echo Johnson, Codi Johnson, Corey Johnson, Aurora Boone, Wyatt Boone and Reagan Boone; his siblings, Lester Boone and Patricia Sanchiz; and his niece Margaret Forlini.
