It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harman J Hostetter (Sanford, Colorado), born in Alamosa, Colorado, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Glen Hostetter and Edith Christine Renner Hostetter; and his brothers, Dan and Gary Hostetter. He is survived by: his wife Dianne Hostetter of La Jara; his children, Adam Hostetter (Amelia) of St. Cloud, FL, Michael Hostetter (Kelsi) of Sanford, CO, Megan Fenton (Derick) of Montrose, CO, Michelle Santos (Cacel) of St. Cloud, FL, Chelsea Hall (Jonathan) of Tuscaloosa, AL, Thomas Hostetter of La Jara, CO and Caitlin Butikofer (Mason) of Burley, ID; and his siblings, Barbara Jackson Oppenshaw of Lehi, UT, Evelyn Peterson of Queen Creek, AZ and John Hostetter of Grand Junction, CO. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.

“Harmon and I were the best of friends in high school. I like to think that we helped one another make good decisions. I remember when Adam was born, Harman and I were at Duck lake togeher. Diane had to send someone up after him. Over the years, I have been grateful for the friendship that we shared. I always looked forward to our visits when I came home. How I will miss him! He went to soon, I was hoping to spend more time with him in retirement. Kerry Coombs”
