He was predeceased by: his parents, Cornelio Gallegos and Clorinda Valdez Gallegos (Elsie Gallegos); his son Mark Romero; his siblings, Felix, Alonso (Aurelia), Augustin Gallego (Sara), Cosme Gallegos (Marie), Joyce Romero (George), Irene Salazar (Candido) and Louisa Tolentino (Fred); and his siblings-in-law, Bill Blowers and Dorothy Gallegos.
He is survived by: his wife Maria DeHerrera (Elsie); his children, Michael of San Luis, CO, Mitchell (Charlene) of San Luis, CO, Toby (Michelle) of San Luis, CO, Tiffany Gallegos of San Luis, CO, Troy Gallegos of Alamosa, CO and Tammy Gallegos-Montano (Ron) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his siblings, Emelda Blowers of Tujunga, CA and Don Gallegos of Arvada, CO.. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
