He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ophelia Arguello and Pedro Olivas; his grandfather Jose Encarnacion; his wife Casilda "Casey"; his sons, Daryl and Arlen; his daughter-in-law Loretta; his grandsons, Joshua and Tomas Arguello; his sisters-in-law, Glenda Arellano (Gilbert), Susie Brown (Dave) and Maria C. Martinez; his daughter Eileen Maestas (Steve); his sister Pressie Medina (Al); his grandparent Eufemia Arguello; and his aunts, Elsie, Valentina, Angelica, Delfina, Teodora and Mabel. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to COVID 19 restrictions, a private family funeral will be held on Saturday, February 26, 2021, at the Sangre de Cristo Church in San Luis, Colorado, with rosary beginning at 9:30, and mass beginning at 10:00 a. m. Interment will follow at the old cemetery with full military in San Acacio, CO.
