He is survived by: his siblings-in-law, Sylvia Atencio, Jesse Martinez, Alex Marquez, Levi Sanchez and Wilfred Sanchez; his wife Criselda Atencio; his pet Chuco; his daughters, Kathryn Sandoval (Ken), Annette Housley (Brent), Josephine Hernandez (Jeff Hard), Sandra Atencio-Schlegel (Steve) and Marsha (Arturo); his brother Eloy Atencio; and his siblings-in-law, Celsa Atencio, Bernadette Atencio, Wilma Atencio, Delma Martinez, Veronica Marquez, Susie Martinez, Alva Montano (George), Neomi Sanchez, Leroy Marquez (Lorraine) and Larry Sanchez. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews.
