Wilma Joyce Houle Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2024, at the age of 89, Wilma Joyce Houle of Salida, Colorado, born in Bonham, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Fairchild and Hattie Fairchild; her husband Virgil F. Houle; her siblings, Jean, Helen and JT; and her children, Butch Houle and Vesta Houle Williamson.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Koontz (Karen), Jackie Berndt (Ken), Vicki Koontz and Alan Houle (Linda); her grandchildren, Carl Gene Koontz, Abbie Reaksecker (Dave), Richard Berndt (Michelle), Kendra Berndt (Seth), Dara Bernhardt (Billy), Cassandra Pierce, Virgil Norris (Cassie), Andrea Norris, Virgil Houle (Lisa) and Dorothy Houle; and her brother Ronnie Fairchild (Nancy). She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, friends may donate to the Alzheimer's Association or charity of their choice.
