He was predeceased by: his wife Linda L. Frantz; and his siblings, John and Mary Ann. He is survived by: his children, Maj Gen, Springs of Colorado, Casey Golden (Kim) and Kelly Moravits (Frank) of New Braunfels, TX.; his grandchildren, Natalie Burke (Will), Manama, Bahrain, Maj Walter M. Golden III (Christinia), Avery Golden of Huntsville, AL, Capt Adam Golden (Laurie), Brooke Golden, Phoenix and Bailey Golden; and his great grandchildren, Garla, Samuel, Gabriel, Lucas and Jay.
