He was predeceased by: his father Gene Couch; and his grandparents, Courtney, Edith Moore and Pauline Couch. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Couch of Salida Colorado; his brothers, Keith Couch (Julie) of Firestone and Beau Couch (Dawn) of Windsor; his uncle Jim Moore (Glenda) of Castle Rock; his aunts, Cathy Doggett of Sacramento and Karen Royal (Aurora); his nieces and nephews, Casey Couch (Carlee) of Severance, Kyle Couch (Megan) of Mead, Katie Couch and McKenna Couch; his great-nephews, Kash and Krew; and his great-niece Kemper.
