He was predeceased by: his parents, Rocco Gentile Sr. and Mary Gentile; his former wife Suzy Maupin Gentile; his sister Josephine Showalter; and his brothers-in-law, Frank Showalter and Bob Maupin.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Clark; his children, Steven Gentile (Shannon), Eric Gentile Salida (Dawn), Cyndi Gentile Graziano Denver (Danyelle) and Mike Gentile Salida; his brother-in-law Gary Maupin (Trish) of Florida; his sisters, Janice Gentile and Erna Gentile; his grandchildren, Sammi Roberts (Caleb) of Salida, Anthony Gentile of Loveland, Dominic Gentile of Colorado Springs, William Zielinko, Gabriel Gentile and Connor Gentile of Salida; his stepdaughters, Melissa Clements (David) of Pueblo West and Michelle Archuleta of Salida; and his stepgrandchildren, Joel Archuleta, A. J. Archuleta (Morgan), Ethan Archuleta, Danielle Bennett, Quinten-Riley Clements and Josh Clements. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
