He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Carey (Weise) and Andrew Carey; his nephew Collin Carey; his uncles, John Carey and Edward Weise Jr.; his aunt Yvonne; and his pet Sadie Mae Packer.
He is survived by: his daughter Sarah Marie (Nick Swenson) of Wilton; his friend Jerry Beranek; his grandchildren, Keegan, Khyla Carey, Aubree and Dominick Swenson; his siblings, Jean Bardeen (Jim) of Norwalk and Phil Carey (Kathy) of Leland, NC; his nephews, Jarrid Bardeen (Leigh) of Tomah and Ryan Carey (Kara) of Denver, CO; his aunt Sheila Carey of Mundelein, IL; his close friends, Bill Schmitz (Donna) of Green Bay and Kurt Koepp of Madison; his sister-in-law Jan Carey of Salida, CO; and also England. He is also survived by cousins, friends.
The family requests memorials in lieu of flowers and plants to establish a memorial in Paul's memory.
