He is survived by: his wife Diane Burnham; his daughters, Cheryl of Longwood, FL, Deborah of Erie, CO, Theresa Gilson (P. J.) of Salida, CO and Alice Forschmiedt (Andrew) of Erie, CO; and his grandchildren, Shilo, Rudy, Christina, Kellen, Brooke, Jackson and Huck Charles.
