He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Bernard; his children, Pat (Missy) of Arizona, Pete (Julie) of Salida and Susie Miller of Salida; his siblings, Bill Bernard (Leah), Richard Bernard (Katie), Steve Bernard (Michelle) and Mary Bernard; and his sister-in-law Sue Bernard of California.
